ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Lumia reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
• Refuse service to anyone for genuine reasons
• Verify orders through call or WhatsApp before dispatch

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

No online payments are processed through the website.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery is available within Pakistan only.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days

Delays due to courier, weather, or holidays are beyond our control.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

• We offer 14 days replacement only
• No cash refunds or store credits are provided

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
