At Lumia, Customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect each product before dispatch.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

Replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• With tags intact

NON-REPLACEABLE CASES

We do NOT offer replacement if:

• The customer changes their mind
• Incorrect size ordered by customer
• Product damaged after use
• Discounted or clearance items
• Without original packaging

• Clear photos of the issue
• Our team will review and approve
• Replacement will be dispatched once the returned item is received

We do not offer:

• Cash refunds
• Bank refunds
